You can find this Activity Consent Form on the BSA website\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.scouting.org\/forms.aspx\">http:\/\/www.scouting.org\/forms.aspx<\/a>\u00a0or google BSA activity consent form.\u00a0 On Friday,\u00a0<strong>February 2nd, 5:30-8:30pm<\/strong>. we will cover safety, including a welding safety test that must be passed in order to work in the lab.\u00a0 On Saturday<strong>\u00a0February 3rd, 8am-12:30pm<\/strong>.\u00a0 we will begin our lab portion of the Welding Merit Badge. We will meet in The Rock Valley College Samuelson Road Center located at 4151 Samuelson Rd. (Not at the RVC main campus). The welding lab is in the southwest corner of the building.<\/p><p>1.Leather boots and jeans without holes or frayed edges are required.<br \/><strong>Friday, February 3rd, 5:30-8:30pm<\/strong><br \/>Council Program Center (7194 Vandiver Rd., Cherry Valley) Welding Safety and test.<br \/><strong>Saturday, February 4th, 8am-12:30pm\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>4151 Samuelson Rd.
