Below are the details of our upcoming meeting.
Delta Airlines Welding Repair Facility 1775 M.H. Jackson service rd. Technical Ops. Gate 5 Hapeville, GA on Thursday October 26 at 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm. Due to being a security facility, parking will be limited see note below:
Topic: Robert Trudelle will give members a 30-minute history of the repair facility. Then we will do a walking tour of the shops. The tour will be 1 1/2- 2 hrs. Depending on movement of tour and questions.
Note: this facility is a homeland security facility and has a limit on capacity of tour. There will only have 15 slots open. These will be filled on a 1st come 1st rsvp system. This meeting is for AWS members only. No guest… You will need to rsvp to emsmachine@aol.com once I get your rsvp, I will send a confirmation back to you.
Due to being a homeland security facility. Make sure you send your name and driver’s license number with your rsvp. I will need to have a complete list by oct. 16 make sure you bring your driver’s license with you. No exceptions.
Please make sure to wear comfortable shoes since this is a walking tour (no open toes) . Safety glasses will be provided if needed. Since this is a homeland security facility. Please dress business casual and appropriately.
Due to being a secured facility parking will be limited. If we have more than 10 cars, some may have to park in a remote lot of facility. Once i have the 15 members attending, I will send out a list and maybe some members can carpool.
