Hello Alaska Section,
As the new acting section Chair, along with Vice Chair Jos\u00e9 Owens and Treasurer Creighton Moore, we\u2019ve been getting organized and coming up with activities for the coming year. I have many more ideas than the list below, but like most of us, I still have a day job that takes up much of my time. For that reason, as Chair I\u2019m focusing on the things that are the most important to me in the welding world: getting young people interested in a welding career and supporting welding education.
Here\u2019s what\u2019s on our calendar for now:<\/p>
