Leslie completed her degree online while working full time as a Senior Bridge Engineer for the Alaska Department of Transportation &amp; Public Facilities (DOT&amp;PF). She is also a member of the AASHTO metals fabrication subcommittee responsible for joint publication of the AASHTO\/AWS D1.5 Bridge Welding Code.
