Greetings AWS Alaska Section 125 Members,<\/p>

Come join us for an AWS Alaska Section meeting and tour at Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 23, Alaska (Anchorage)<\/strong>.<\/p>

FACILITY TOUR:<\/strong>
Bruce Bold, Training Coordinator
The Alaska South-central\/ Southeastern Sheet Metal Workers\u2019 Local Union #23 Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee is committed to providing quality training for all union apprentices and journeypersons. Through education and practical, on-the-job training the JATC strives to provide it\u2019s contractors with productive and responsible workers, by training a skilled workforce of journeypersons capable of craftsmanship that exceeds the ever-changing industry\u2019s standards.<\/p>

The Sheet Metal Workers\u2019 apprentice shop will give a tour of the their facility (includes welding and mechanical equipment) and will be teaching all attendees metal hand tool tray building for them to take home<\/strong>.<\/p>
