Critical Incident Response TeamHaving access to current information is an essential factor in the University's ability to effectively respond to a critical incident involving Texas A&M students. Therefore, information concerning organized student travel should be submitted at least one working day prior to departure. PRE-TRIP REQUIREMENTS (for out-of-Brazos County trips) Copies of a travel itinerary and a passenger list shall be kept in the vehicle and filed with the responsible department. Organized student travel requires that the passenger list also be filed with the Student Affairs Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT@tamu.edu) prior to the trip.
