TAMU-AWS Attends Open House

What's  the big deal?

MSC Open House will bring awareness to a large section of the Texas A&M community about our organization. It's the highest visibility exposition of the semester.

MSC Open House will be on September 7th from 2 PM to 5 PM. Those setting up should plan on being there at 1 PM. I doubt closing should take that long past 5:30 PM. 

We need your help!

Volunteers are needed to:

bulletpaint banners (a week or so beforehand)
bulletset-up table & banners
bulletman table during Open House (Need 2-3 people at table)
bullettear down at closing

Contact Dave Mason or Michelle Reynolds to volunteer for any of the above tasks.
