SPEAKER: Neal Chapman is the Corporate Welding Engineer for Entergy Nuclear Northeast with responsibilities for the welding program that controls five operating nuclear units. He currently serves as AWS District 6 Director and holds seats on the AWS certification Committee, the Ethics subcommittee, and chairs the certification subcommittee on welding engineers. In his 28 year career in the power industry he has qualified over 300 procedures and well over 3000 welders.
