Time: 5:00 pm – Social Hour (snacks & drinks provided), Tour

6:00 pm – Vic Mathews Presentation (Room #3401)

6:45 pm – Depart for Norco

7:00 pm – Norco’s Air Separation Plant Tour

Join us in Moses Lake for a joint meeting with the Inland Empire AWS Section! The meeting will include an audience with Neil Shannon, our District Director, and Vic Matthews, the current president of AWS.

We will begin the evening with a tour of Big Bend Community College’s new Lincoln Robotic Cell Training Center. Vic Matthews will be present to discuss matters related to AWS during the tour, and will make a formal presentation at 6:00. Departure for Norco’s air separation plant will be at 6:45. We will tour the new facility that produces Oxygen, Argon and Nitrogen and see a presentation on how the air we breathe is liquefied.

If there is enough interest, the Spokane Section will rent a van or bus and carpool to the meeting. If you are planning on attending and would like to carpool, please RSVP as soon as possible so we can make arrangements.
