The purpose of the Fox Valley Scholarship Fund is to improve local industrial welding resources by promoting welding education exclusively within the Fox Valley Section via financial aid to 074 members and their children. 074 Scholarships (college, technical or continuing education) will be awarded in the fall  and in the spring, made available for the 2004 school year. 

In the past, both the number and amount of section scholarships were based upon Fox Valley Section operating overages, less cash reserves. However, today that is simply not enough to meet local needs.

Our 2005-2006 goal is $4,000.00. To meet this goal, we have created a number of potential funding resources, including: 

• Raffling of contributed products and sponsor events 
• Voluntary individual and corporate donations
